"It is an honor to serve as an ambassador for the Veolia Foundation in the Latam region. Participating in its missions brings deep meaning to my commitment and allows me to make a tangible contribution to helping the most vulnerable populations.
I had the opportunity to take part in two missions: in Honduras, supporting migrant populations, and in Brazil, as part of an emergency response following severe flooding. These human and professional experiences were particularly enriching. They allowed me to work alongside local teams, gain a deeper understanding of ground realities, and put my skills to work for those affected.
I also realize the full scope of this commitment when I meet and speak with volunteers returning from their missions. Their accounts, their emotion, and their drive to act fully illustrate the impact of these actions, as was notably the case after the mission in Colombia following the earthquake on August 10, 2026.
It is a true privilege that Veolia has a dedicated Foundation capable of mobilizing its employees and partners to assist populations affected by crises.
